Do you need photo editing software but don't have the dough for expensive apps like Adobe Photoshop and your free Microsoft Paint just isn't cutting it?

Well my friend, there seems to be an alternative!  The students at Washington State University and in Partnership with Microsoft have developed a photo editing software that is free to use!  Mind you, the current version available is 1.1 and has a few bugs to be worked out, but hey, it's free!
